1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Happy888 ("Happy888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://happy888.cam ("the Platform").

3.Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with Happy888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Happy888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino-style entertainment services.
2. You must not be a resident of, nor be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement — you must not be subject to legal guardianship or any court order restricting your ability to enter binding contracts.

5. You must deposit and wager using funds that belong to you personally and that are not derived from illegal activity.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, a business entity, or a third party when using the Platform.

4.Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your Account profile and must update details promptly if they change. Happy888 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation as part of our KYC process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Happy888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Notify Happy888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Do not use predictable passwords or reuse credentials from other online services.

Happy888 will communicate with you using the email address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure this address remains active and that communications from Happy888 are not filtered to spam.

5.Deposits

Happy888 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), 7-Eleven CLiQ, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you are depositing via USDT TRC20, in which case conversion to MYR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of credit.

• Minimum deposit amount: MYR 30 (unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer).
• All payment instruments used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are for wagering purposes only. Happy888 is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services.

6.Withdrawals

Happy888 aims to process all approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the platform — typically under 60 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods during standard operating conditions. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be exceeded during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your Account details.
• Funds must be withdrawn using the same method as the original deposit where technically possible.
• Happy888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation. We are required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable regulations.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

8.Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Happy888 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game session, the outcome will be determined based on the game server's last confirmed state. Happy888's decision on interrupted game outcomes is final.
• For sports betting, markets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, Happy888's trading team will determine the correct settlement.
• Happy888 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error has occurred — for example, where odds were published at a level clearly inconsistent with the fair market price due to a system error.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet may vary by game, market, and player tier. These are displayed in the relevant game or market interface before a bet is placed.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Happy888 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between Happy888 and other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose, or coordinating with others to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent security systems.
• Money Laundering: Using Happy888 as a mechanism to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or any other deceptive conduct.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating such access for a minor.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or communication delays to gain an advantage not available to other players under normal conditions.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the Happy888 Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, trademarks, game content, data, and the Platform's overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of Happy888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without express written authorisation from Happy888.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use Happy888 trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior written consent.

11.Privacy & Data

Personal data is collected for purposes including but not limited to: account administration, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, customer support, and where required by applicable law. 12.Limitation of Liability

Happy888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) MYR 500.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Happy888 endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13.Suspension & Termination

Happy888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• You are engaging in, or are reasonably suspected of engaging in, any Prohibited Activity.
• Your Account is subject to an active investigation by Happy888, a payment provider, or a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose Happy888 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed by Happy888 due to a breach of this Agreement, Happy888 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit the Account balance in whole or in part.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Happy888 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and Happy888, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with our licensing conditions.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement will be conducted in the English language, and that the English-language version of this Agreement shall take precedence over any translation.

15.Amendments to These Terms

Happy888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
